A drag-and-drop pull planning and lookahead board for site teams. Activities are organised by WBS, handoffs between trades are drawn as links, and progress flows back to Primavera P6 without disturbing the master schedule’s logic or baseline. A one-click weekly review report tracks percent plan complete, commitments and constraints.
