Risk workshops and periodic schedule quality audits throughout.
Biotechnology campus
Integrated commissioning, qualification and start-up schedule for a €1.8 billion technology campus.
Vaccine, biologics and sterile fill-finish facility
Led a team of five schedulers on the greenfield facility through engineering, procurement, construction and CQV, set up the multi-user P6 environment and EVM for 30 subcontract packages, then planned the post-OQ start-up and tech transfer of multiple vaccine and biologics products, with Monte Carlo risk analysis.
