Pfizer’s New Monoclonal Antibodies (MAbs) Small-scale
Located on a on a 29-acre site at Shanbally, Ringaskiddy in County Cork, Ireland.
The new plant is a Phase IIb/III clinical scale facility designed to produce, purify and formulate bulk fills mammalian cell culture derived proteins.
The new facility consists of administration offices, production facility, warehouse, and utility areas
The production facility contains the main cleanroom suite where the inoculum laboratories, cell culture, harvest, purification, buffer-prep, media-prep, and bulk fill, activities are performed.
Insight Project Services provided project / programme planning support services for the engineering, procurement, construction management and commissioning of the new facility.
