Alan is a specialist in the areas of project control & schedule risk management and has a proven track record in the successful delivery of complex projects within the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Sectors.
His knowledge & experience covers the full project lifecycle, including many areas such as engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, validation, start-ups and sustaining operations.
